今天我們來講解有關固定式球閥的結構特點及紹。如下:
1、全通徑設計
按照客戶的要求可以提供全通徑或縮徑閥門,全通徑閥門具有與管子內徑完全一致的通道直徑,減少渦流便于清掃管道。
Full Bore Design
According to the customer's demand,the full bore or the reduced bore canbe provided.The full-bore valve hasthe diameter of channel completelyequal to the inner diameter of pipe tofacilitate to clean the pipe.
2、防火結構
萬一發生火災或異常升溫使PTFE軟化燒損時,閥座支承圈防火密封面可以和球體接觸,起到密封作用且符合API6O7和API 6FA規范要求。
Fire-proof Structure
When the fire happens or thetemperature unusually rises tomake PTFE soften to damage,the fire proof seal surface ofseat supported circle cancontact with ball to have sealfunction.This conforms tothe requirements of API607and API 6FA.
3、阻塞與排泄功能
固定式球閥采用彈簧預緊,閥座密封為雙活塞,利用活塞原理密封,上下游側的閥座使流體阻斷,閥體中腔裝放空閥排空,閥底裝有排污閥排污,便于管道清洗。
Block & Bleed Function
Fixed ball valve adopts spring to pre-tighten, and seat seal is double pistons.lt adopts piston principle to seal. Upstrean and downstream seats make fluidstop. and the emptying valve installedon the middle cavity is used to emptyand the blow down valve installed atthe bottom of valve to clear off dirt tofacilitate to clean the pipe.
4、密封的緊急救護
由于介質中的雜質或火災造成閥座密封意外失敗,注脂閥提供了與注脂槍的快速連接,方便快捷地將密封脂注入到閥座密封部位,緩解泄漏。
Urgent Help of SealDue to the dirt or fire makeunusual failure of seat seal,sealant-injection vave providethe quick connection withsealant-injection gun, andit is convenient to inject sealgrease into the seal part ofseat to reduce leakage.
5、自動泄壓
閥門中腔停滯的介質由于溫度升高而出現異常升壓時,閥座出口端具有自動泄壓功能,同時根據需要,閥體上可裝安全閥,保證閥體具有自動泄壓功能,確保管道安全。

6、防靜電設計
固定式球閥采用鉻鎳不銹鋼的彈簧和小球使球體、閥桿和閥體之間相互導電,從而把靜電完全釋放。

7、結構及特點
防操作的可靠性
大口徑
固定式球閥的相對連動部(閥座和閥桿軸承)由于采用了摩擦系數小的特氟龍,因而操作扭距小,此外,由于密封潤滑脂的長期產潤滑,使得操作更加靈活。
Operational Reliability
For large ball valve, the TFE is adopted for seat and stem bearing,the relative movement at bearing portion requires less operationaltorque force because of less friction of the TFE, in addition, the longtime lubrication of the sealants makes the operation more effective.
閥座結構
閥座的結構有兩種:單密封和雙密封結構,一般具有自動泄壓機能是單密封,雙密封則由閥體上附加的安全泄壓。
Seat Disign
There are tow kinds of seat design, single seal and double seal, theformer normally has self relief function, the latter relieves the pressurethrough the safety valve on the body.
閥桿加長
閥桿加長適用于埋地及低溫用,加長尺寸根據需要確定,操作方式有手動、電動、氣動、氣液連動等。
Extended Stem
The extended stem is designed for underground and low temperatureservice, the length of stem depents on the service requirement. Theoperation methods include manual pneumatic-hydraulic etc.
對外力的安全性
閥體的壁厚根據高壓容器的安全法規進行設計,對承受外力抗彎曲等符合API 6D規定,強度足夠。
Safety on External Force
The body thinkness is designed in conformance to the requirementsof high-pressure vessel code and has enough strength As requiedby API 6D to prevent bucking induced external.
閥桿壓蓋部密封
填料壓蓋部密封如圖所示采用了四個O型圈和密封注脂裝置。
Sealing of Stem Gland
As shown in figure, the sealing of gland is accomplished byorrangement of four O-ring and a sealant injection device.
